For a stove range that gets used everyday none of those steps would work when you have to clean the entire kitchen with multiple units,exhaust hood and floors. You really need to have good skills or you won’t last a day. No way 😂

all that steam on those burners will eventually cause oxidation and soot build up in those burners. I've worked in commercial kitchen service and a field tech and and for OEM of commercial kitchen equipment. been in the business for over 20 years. This is one of the main reasons I get called out for ignition problems on units with standing pilots. I'm sure you guys do a good job but the average person will see this video improperly follow these steps and call me to fix their unit that isn't working after cleaning.

Can you recommend a good commercial level degreaser? I just got a disgusting Wolf range from one of the restaurants in town. Needs some serious cleaning.

I'm constantly cleaning it because it's so dang pretty, and that takes a bit because you have to remove the two big grates to get it clean. I get a lot of compliments on it though. I am very pleased with the purchase. Installation was a breeze without any issues. The removal of the 2 cooktop grates for cleanup make this a must have for me. As a professional chef this stove allows me to cook everything I would in a restaurant setting at home for my friends and family. This stove is all you need and more to create exactly what your imagination can lead you to in your culinary adventures! The only problem about it, that our cats hate us now, since the old stove has been removed. They really loved it during the Winter time here in Minnesota. LOL*

I especially like the fact that you can modify a bathtub to make it step-in, instead of having the replace the whole tub with a very expensive unit. That's great! Glad I found you in an online search and was able to watch this video. Would like to see more videos of your process.

What kind of oil did you use to coat the burners?

What you're experiencing is because you're using LED bulbs. The car sends small pulses of energy after you turn the car off to check the status of the bulb for bulb failure messages. Normal bulbs take more energy so this pulse of energy isn't enough to light the bulb but at the LED bulbs don't require much energy at all to power, they light. I've heard of using resistors prior to the bulb to correct this but it can interfere with bulb failure messages. Or just let it blink for a minute.
